SHIPPING, CANCELATIONS & RETURNS
Ignite Glass and Gifts fills all orders after payment has been received. All products are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase. All orders include a tracking number(s) which will be emailed to you once shipped. Ignite Glass and Gifts do not guarantee arrival dates or times. Weather conditions may impact your packages arrival time. Ignite Glass and Gifts reserves the right to add adult signature requirement to any order. There must be someone over the age of 18 to receive the shipment upon arrival.
Order cancelations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All order cancelations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Again, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are allowed except in the case of products damaged during shipping.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
If you receive any damaged or missing items, immediately email us at IgniteGlassAndGifts@gmail.com with photos of the package and all contents. Emails regarding damaged products must be received within 24 hours after the receipt of your delivery. Any products that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned. Ignite Glass and Gifts reserves the right to deny damaged products if there is any evidence of products being used. Emails regarding missing items can take up to 48 hours for a response from Ignite Glass and Gifts. We document all shipments be packaged, thus it takes time to look into the issue via camera footage of the package being processed for shipping.
